Animal Crossing Diary Dec-13-2002

Dear Diary,

It’s been awhile since I’ve last written. A lot has happened in Traverse since we last spoke. I just recently paid off all of my debt to Tom “Get Rich Quick” Nook. Yes, all 798,000 bells for my second story is completely paid off! What did Tom give me in return, since he “claims” he can no longer upgrade my house? Traverse now has a gold statue of ME right near the Train Station! Alright! I’m famous now baby! I guess I’ll need to focus my attention else in order to upgrade my dwelling… time to catch more fish and bugs.

The Happy Room Academy finally agreed that my house was worthy of 100,000+ points. Right now my rating is 130,145 which means I received both the House and Manor models. How did I get such an insane rating? I was able to collect all of the Spooky furniture and proudly displayed on the first floor of my house. The 2nd story of my house is considered the play room, which contains a vast collection of NES games and Nintendo items from all over Traverse. Boy, it feels really good to get that high rating… all that work has finally paid off.

Speaking of furniture, guess who’s coming to town next? Jingle the reindeer! Alright! Hopefully I’ll be able to trick him enough with different outfits that he’ll give me his entire furniture set!

The snow has finally fallen in Traverse and winter is now upon us. The towns folk aren’t too happy about the cold weather but they are excited about presents They’ve even decorated the trees in town with flashing colored lights!
