A co-worker of mine sent some pictures from a recent rescue operation his Army squad was involved in. Apparently 3 people on a cruise ship heading to Ensenada, Mexico became very ill and his group was called in to rescue them. Very interesting photos inside (trying to keep the download times down on the home page).
Two HH-60 Blackhawk Helicopters and two MC-130 Shadows were used in the rescue.
