Free Songs From Pepsi

Finally… after “months of waiting”:http://www.snapturtle.com/archives/2003/11/06/free_songs_on_bad_food.php, Pepsi is now “giving away 100,000,000 million songs”:http://www.apple.com/itunes/pepsi/ from the iTunes Music Store.

Sounds good right? Well I don’t drink Pepsi or any of their other sugar charged drinks. I did find out that I can send in self-addressed stamped envelopes for “free” game pieces so I don’t have to actually purchase a ton of Pepsi’s.
However, simple math shows that each game piece will cost me .37 + .37 + .10 = .84. Granted, that’s cheaper than the .99 per song from the store, however, I’m not guaranteed a winning game piece. Is it worth the trouble? Of course not.
