Girl Spared Felony Trial

The 11 year old girl who threw a rock at an 8 year old boy will be spared a felony trial. Looks like all the bad press for Fresno’s city officials paid off. Remember children, no more throwing sticks and stones because you’ll get arrested, especially if you break someone’s bones.
